Burgers were okay here. Took forever to get through the 3 person line to get our order in but food came out pretty fast. Their... ice machine was broken & the fountain soda came out warm. Long story short: I drive for Grub Hub. This store won't start the order until I marked "arrived" on my app. If that's the case,... then I have to wait for them to prepare the order. This could take up to 20 minutes when they are busy. I don't get paid by thehour, I get paid for delivering promptly. What I suggest is that all Grub Hub drives simply drive past the store, and mark"arrived" then use another app to pick up food, Door Dash or Uber Eats, then make that delivery. Then when they are good andready to pick up from Smash Burger, they can return to the Smash Burger...hopefully the food is good and cold by then. Then thecustomers will get angry with Smash Burger for being such a horrible company that they would screw over the people who deliverfor them. tl;dr: Smash Burger is an awful company that abuses the independent contractors who deliver for them.
