I order the same thing everytime I go to Dunkin. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich on the plain bagel... While I was saying plain... bagel the lady in the drive through kept talking over me, asking what bread, and everytime I tried to tell her, she kept cuttingme off. I pulled up to pay and there were about 3 girls just laughing away... That wasn't what upset me, it wasn't until I waspulling away did the one girl say sarcasticly, thanks for being so sweet.... I was just like really.... And drove away. I didn'teven eat my sandwich, because I have worked in service industry and they do mess with your food.... Sweetest bunch of employees. Quick service. Parking lot and drive thru. Non dairy and sugar free options.
They almost never get my order right, and I totally respect the hardship of working in food service but it?s just become... ridiculous. Once ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Their bacon is the scariest consistency I have ever eaten. It wasleathery, almost and the cheese was not melted at all. It wasn?t even warm when I got it. During a completely different visit, Iordered a large sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea which was a huge waste of my time I had to wait for the singular drink.The ticket on the side of the cup even said sweet and they were not busy at all. There was one car ahead of me at the time of myorder and maybe one behind me when I received the incorrect order. I?m just confused on how they manage to mess up my ordernearly every time I go.
