Had the meat lover Ramen and weekly curry. The curry was alright, the rice portion was small. The Ramen was such a relief from... my last Ramen experience. It was so flavourful and rich, especially the broth. 5/5 broth Read more
I tried their all meat ramen with black seasoning and I wasn't impressed. The chicken slices were thick and tasteless even after... blending with the broth. The grilled pork had good taste but thick and a challenge to chew (maybe I'm spoiled by melts in yourmouth chasu slices from other places). On top of these the Chinese greens seemed to be out of place. As for the soup, it's okjust make sure you stir it before you eat too distribute the saltiness. The egg is perfect though. Please bring your appetite here!! The meat lover with the red miso broth was phenomenal the pork cooked and charred just right... the chicken as well cooked to perfection. The broth very rich, incredibly filling, and beautiful presentation I highlyrecommend this Ramen shop if you're in the New Westminster area. Amazing ramen, lovely service and great prices! My new favourite ramen place ???? it was so good I had to come here again - two... days in a row! So delicious with the garlic chips added to any dish ?? I got the Ajitama black ramen and the meat was so tenderand egg was perfectly jammy. The broth was sooo addicting!! Also got the chicken karaage (not pictured) which was juicy andfresh, paired very well with the dipping sauce provided ???? Service was very friendly, quick and attentive both days, lovelylittle restaurant with a student discount (for lunch M-F) and stamp cards! Highly recommend! Read more
