Don't chance it! This Taco Bell is slow. Most of the time the dining room is closed and the drive through is snail like. There... is no exit from the drive through, so you are stuck. I've been in this line for about 25 minutes on multiple occasions. In this,I can't abide. Read more
This location never ceases to disappoint me... Been here twice in the past week. Both times were drive thru orders. Ordered the... #9 (Mexican pizza, 2 SOFT taco supreme's and a large drink) both times, and got the same results. As you can clearly see in thephoto, theses are NOT SOFT taco supreme's. Even on the receipt, it says SOFT TACO supreme... Both times, they did not give me afork, or ask if I wanted any sauce... Highly disappointed. Read more
Normally a pretty quick, and fast food. Here recently it?s been pretty rough. Almost every time we wait in line it?s 30+ minutes... and the foods not even too great. Tonight we waited 45 minutes to an hour and when we got up to the window the girls in thedrive thru waited to hand us our food, they were playing around with the plastic cups and lids, and they didn?t care to hand usthe right food or drinks. The restaurant runs the best they can and my food is always correct. If I have a mobile order I ditch the long drive thru line... and park in one of the mobile spots then call the store asking for them to bring it out. Due to short staffing their lobby islocked and they?ve always been super friendly and sweet with me! I honestly feel bad for them because the rude customers I havepersonally seen makes me see why it?s hard to keep staff there. I understand they try their best and if they mess up an item onmy order I call the store and ask and they replace it whenever I can get back to the store! placed a mobile order in September and the doors were locked. 45 minutes in the drive-thru line and it never moved. Had to go... back to work. Called for a refund and all the manager had to say was if you don't like it, apply for a job. Still fighting for arefund on food I never received.
