Ordered a delivery from this restaurant through Seamless and it was the worst mistake ever. The food arrived 2 hours after we... ordered it, some hour later than promised. There were no updates throughout and when I called the restaurant they wereexceptionally unhelpful and borderline rude. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold. As the food was cold the bao typebun and softshell crab tempura were soggy and tasteless. Really really poor. The soups were cold, we hadn't ordered gazpacho andso we had to re-heat everything. On complaining the restaurant refused a refund saying we should have sent the food back. Thatis laughable, who after waiting 2 hours for food then decides they do not want it and sends it back leaving them and theirguests with no food?? Absolutely awful service all round.
