Fabulous! I had the rigatoni and marinara sauce with broken meatball. Best I ever had. Very fresh and delicate (pasta is... homemade). My niece had the mushroom arancini. Best she ever had. She loved the truffles - the fragrance and taste. Also hadmuscles with white wine sauce. Just the right serving sizes and we finished everything. The order took 10-15 minutes max. Theserver efficient and friendly, a friend of owner assisting during the San Gennaro Festival. Very reasonably priced. Michelinstar? Read more

Rigatoni was decent. Sunday sauce was a bit too salty. They way undercooked the gluten free pasta at first, and had to remake.... Service was pretty good but nothing was offered about the raw pasta. Don’t think I’ll be back. If you want gluten freeItalian, make the trip to Senza Gluten. Read more

One of the worst plates of pasta I have ever had. If you are gluten free and excited about their gluten free option, do yourself... a favor and skip this restaurant. This pasta is solid, hard, and crumbly at the same time. I honestly have never had gluten freepasta with such a bad texture. Mushy sure, but this was something even worse. I had to chew each bite 4 times more than normal. The sauce is plain and not very flavorful. I have had canned sauces that were way better than this. After the first bite I sentit back stating the pasta was hard and I requested for them to cook it more. It came back 10 mins later, hot but just as hardand disgusting. I was beyond disappointed. Just poking it with the fork you could tell the texture was way off. The service wasokay, so I tipped 20% and went somewhere else to eat. Read more

Great little pasta spot in the UES. If you’re looking for the upscale, all-frills, white tablecloth dining experience, this is... probably not what I would recommend. But really terrific if you’re seeking a very solid place for the price andexperience. Apps: Burrrata (3/5 stars). Meatballs (4/5) Dinner: Tagliatelle with Mushroom Ragu (4/5) Desert: Italian Donuts(5/5) Drink: Espresso Martini (5/5) Overall ambiance was great; UVA is frankly too loud and jam-packed for me, whereas AuntJake’s was quiet and unassuming. Service was really good as well (Elizabeth made it fun and explained everything in detail).Looking forward to coming back! Read more

We loved our dinner of Ravioli, Sweet Potato Gnocchi and Shrimp Scampi. The pasta was fresh and the bread perfect to sop up the... arrabiata sauce. A good bottle of Gavi completed our meal. We had reservations, so we were seated right away. The servicewasn’t lacking in any way either. Read more
