I love cream puffs from beard papa's. I think they're better than bibble sip. Thr last time I went, I think one of the workers... was getting trained so I had to wait a long time, which was inconvenient. But the cream puffs were still really good. Read more
Don?t let the storefront and interior fool you, this place is a gem. Beard Papa offers a variety of creme puff ?shells? and... filling?from your traditional ?original? puff pastry shell, or other flavors of Instagram appeal like the Oreo Cookie Crumble orChurro Eclair. The shell itself is slightly crispy but light and airy. As for the filling, it?s not too sweet. In terms ofpricing, I suppose $4 and change for a cream puff seems reasonable considering that?s what you?d pay for a cookie or cupcakeelsewhere. I never leave bad reviews, but the service I had was abysmal. This was my first time at this location and I will not be back.... The moment I opened the door, the salesperson (who was wearing his mask around his chin) practically yelled at me that they wereout of most options and then did a poor job of walking me through what they did have. When I was finally able to put together anorder of two cream puffs after a lot of mixed messages, I asked if I could also get that in a box at which point he informed methat boxes were only for an order of 6 or more. While I realize that rules are in place for a reason, after all the trouble Iwent through trying to order I was pretty taken aback and simply decided it wasn?t worth it - my order was a compromise to beginwith due to the limited stock and I just wasn?t going to carry my friend?s puff in wax paper for 3 avenues, so I canceled myorder. I?ve really loved their product at other locations, but the customer service at this location leaves room to be desired. Read more
