It is astonishing how terrible my experience with Bento Sushi was. I came in at 11:50am to pick up a Poke Bowl for lunch and the... entire staff was in disarray preparing food for the day. No one was going to take my order until I flagged someone down. I toldthem I wanted to customize my own Poke bowl and the employee told me to pick up one of the pre-prepared bowls at the front asthe poke station wasn?t ready yet.
