Wow! All I have to say is WOW. I have not had a great gluten free bagel in years, and today I found one. Highly recommend the gf... everything bagel w lox & dill cream cheese (could use a smidge more dill but that's just a preference). Small, outside diningspace. No inside dining. Supposedly these are ?Montreal? style bagels. Not sure what that means, but I thought the bagel was delicious. It was certainly... better than some of the more well known ?NY? style spots that I?ve been too. Light and fluffy with a decent crust and toppingson my everything bagel.
