Today was my first time here and man what a nice surprise. Lower Manhattan has a ton of places to eat but this was easily one of... the best! It's very Chipotle or Roti like with a variety of options. You choose your starch, greens, protein, and toppings, butthe quality of the food was exponentially better then the previously mentioned. I had the blackened chicken with brown rice,mixed greens, carrots and pickled onions. Each of the components was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff was superfriendly and kind. Most of my bowl was decent, but the farro was undercooked and inedible, i.e. hard as a rock. The oddest part about my meal was... what they didn?t include with my order, which was 3 out of 5 items. When I returned to ask if they were out of the items, sincethe price had not been adjusted on the receipt, their response was?odd. They acted like it was intentional and had been caught,nervously laughed, and then slowly put the items in a new bag. Maybe just end of day shenanigans?
