The food is good. Especially the build you own boul over rice.That portion was for me and my daughter.
Hard to find location. Watered down/Americanized Vietnamese food. Ingredients not quality. The place is now called SVK Food... Hall now with 3 dining establishments using the same kitchen. Didn't realize Bonmi was one of the menus until we steppedinside. Got the Tofu Kickstarter. Was really craving some noodles. They were out and offered a quinoa replacement. Tofu wasbasic. Raw tofu, cubed and drizzled with some ?Asian sesame? sauce. Instead of pickled daikon and carrots, they pickled redonions which were cut really thick. Tbh, while disappointed, everything was still tolerable until I kept finding pieces ofrotted lettuce and greens in my bowl. I am sad that I spent $15 here. Read more
This place is like the Chipotle for Vietnamese food. I love the food and the pork belly even more. The food is flavorful. It's... right beside Fordham University but it usually isn't crowded when I am there. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have onlygotten the bowls there and LOVE them but the banh mi looks good too. Update as of November 2021: I think that they must havechanged management or cooks because the taste is no longer the same. Read more
Pretty good little spot. Lots of toppings on your bahnmi which is nice. They're good, there's just something missing from the... real authentic places, I'm not sure what it is in the flavor palette. If you don't care about it tasting 100% authentic, thenyou'll love it. Delicious. Read more
