Usually it's a good burger and fries meal, but the cook isn't always consistent on the burger and a few times this... spring/summer, I walk away, eat a fry, and it's already cold. A couple of times this year the fries were dark and extraoily/smoky tasting. There were a few times I didn't get toppings I paid extra for, but it's been a couple of months since thathappened last. Also, portions have gone down AND prices have gone up. I get it, things are tight around the world, but both?The ice cream is tiny now. Also a pet peeve, but they won't let you add extra lettuce as a topping. The employees at thewindow are usually pretty patient and friendly. Read more
This is a nice spot. When I ordered my burger, they asked how I wanted it cooked (rare). The burger was cooked to temperature... and all the toppings were fresh. For the price of a freshly cooked burger to your desired temperature, it?s a good deal. Burgerwas definitely better than a fast food burger or something from a local deli. I?ll be going back. Today was my first time eating here. I have to say the food is really good with plenty of options. My food was ready within like... 6 to 8 minutes. And the staff are friendly. Overall this is a great local burger spot to go to. I recommend this place. Read more
Giving this place 5 stars because it allows for customization similar to 5Guys without the elevated prices. I got the St Nichols... burger that includes grilled jalapeño and pepperjack cheese with Guacamole and Bacon as add-ons. Would definitely recommendbecause they are served fairly quickly and the fries are also good. Read more
