Would give zero stars if could. Franchisee is significantly clueless to details, a.k.a. customer experience. Chaotic the moment... you enter at bottom of stairs. People looking & shuffling around confused...staff included. Ineffective line dividers laid outin middle of small floor. Employee I asked "Where do we order?" (due to total lack of signage) was, by process of elimination,either too unknowledgeable of basic English, too stupid, or too racist against white people to answer. We ordered 2x plain bacon king (with no sauce, only bacon and cheese) tonight and received one with sauce and one with no... cheese. We only asked to add the missing cheese which seemed to be a problem for the staff, they started arguing with my partnerand telling him that he didn?t ask for a cheese and that they will have to charge him for that. My favorite fast-food burger since 1970. Give me a Whopper over a Big Mac any day. I get a craving for one of these two or three... times a year, and when that desire strikes, nothing else will do.
