Cava is honestly one of the most consistent health food spots. I?ve never had an issue with my food, and you can tell everything... is extremely fresh. People are aware of this and the lunch rush hour is usually out the door. You get a lot of food for yourmoney. I?ve seriously never had a bad experience here and I go here frequently. Read more
Online ordering is a mess. There is a literal line for them to make bowls one at a time. Online ordering is to save time, not... wait 25+ mins after it should be ready. They know there?s a rush every day but don?t care. If I didn?t already pay I would?veleft. The food was also cold and the grill must not be clean or they burned the protein. I really wanted to love this place but the experience was subpar. While the menu is attractive and the food is tasty, the... employees leave much to be desired. They seemed annoyed to be there and didn't bother to refill whatever ingredient wasmissing, they just resorted to saying "we're out". I had a wrap that was basically falling apart because they didn't drain thebraised lamb before putting it in. I guess I could have been better. Definitely room for improvement. Read more
I normally would never take the time to review a fast casual place but something needs to be said. I?ve been here twice. The... first time, was the first time I had ever been to Cava and based on reviews of the concept, I expected good things. Afterarriving at about 1:30 on a Friday to get my bowl, I literally got 1/4 of a bowl of food. It was absurd. I decided maybe it wasan off day so I headed back today. Placed my order in advance to skip on the insane lunch rush at this location and orderedearlier with the hopes of getting more food?still didn?t happen. The staff missed ingredients and didn?t even make a note of it.They give you 1/2 a scoop of rice (especially in comparison to a chipotle, sweetgreen warm bowl, etc). At 12:30 in the afternoonthey had NO utensils left other than knives. Two stars because the food itself tastes good. I just wish they would actually giveyou a real portion of it. Read more

not sure where to begin... but if you want great food, great price, portion size and outstanding customer service then eat here!... I came here after getting tired of Chipotle and their portion sizes becoming less and less. The food quality here is so muchbetter, the array of flavors and customer service!! Dupree and his team always gave me great customer service. One of the manyreasons why having this CAVA is a major blessing to park ave!!! Read more
