I must say this staff is phenomenal ,I like To point out ,the staff is a product of great leadership and the way they greet... there customers with a smile you just don?t find this kind of customer service in NYC anymore. I was blown away on how clemenceand samuela was with each and every customer they served , they were efficient and polite, just a delight. It was a wonderfulexperience and I was satisfied from the beginning to the end of the process. I will return again to this location. Thank you forthis amazing experience. First time trying chick fil a - didn?t disappoint except for the fact that I was surprised it was just fried chicken and two... slices of pickles if you didn?t order the deluxe! But because I didn?t order deluxe I really got to try the full flavor of thechicken which was the most fresh chicken burger I?ve had. Never had Chic -fil-A as we're from Europe, it's fast food chain so I can't give it more than 3 stars. That said, it is... definitely the best version of a chicken sandwich you'll get at any other fast food joint. Fries were not filled all the way. Paid almost $13 for a meal and did not get the adequate amount of fries. Could not come back... because I?m on my lunch break and would waste time. As someone from Atlanta that is used to a different standard and qualityfrom Chic-fil-a (while also paying half the price for better food) this was extremely disappointing. Read more

I don?t understand why Chick-fil-A won?t revamp their mobile ordering system. I was debited my account for my breakfast order,... showed up close to the end of breakfast time even though I ordered in advance, only to find out that my order was never made andthis location NEVER even received it. I came to pick up my order, and they were looking at me like I was nuts, even though I hadproof of purchase via my debit card transaction history.
