We went overthere yesterday night after long day around 9.45. They are closing at 10 and we respect that and we didn't want to... dine in. But the black girl who were cashier was extremely extremely rude. We took 2 chipotle bowl and i took 5 fork because wehave 3 kids. She asked with really bad tone that why i am taking all of spoons. I took another 2 spoons and some napkins for herrude behavior. I owned 3 business and used to have Subway so i know how to treat customers. No one deserve this kind of service.The rice was dry and food was okay but my family always love the Chipotle so i dont really care about food. Even they dont allowcustomers to use bathrooms. Will I EVER learn to NOT go this Chipotle?! Will I?! When will I learn to AVOID this Chipotle at all costs? Probably never. It's... ALWAYS something with this place. Always. The manager, Jennifer Burgos, needs to get her act together and do some actual work.They're out of chicken. They're out of black beans. They won't get fajitas until next Tuesday (or whatever). They're only takingonline orders since their system is down. Steak will take 20 minutes - it's ALWAYS something. Chipotle Managers make six-figuresand yet this manager, Jennifer Burgos, is worse at her job than me. She simply cannot figure out food/supply amount, foodtiming, preparation, or technology. We ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak, but received only about 10 small pieces of steak in our bowl. They don?t even let... customers inside and they know customers won?t want to check their food while standing on the street in the dark. Yea, don?t order from here. Like ever. ESPECIALLY through the online app. Orders at 6:12pm for a 6:30 pickup, which is what the... app TOLD ME. Arrive at 6:28 and ask if they have my order. 6:31 hits - they just got the information to complete my order. ?It?scoming right now? they say. I notice food being made and I?m assuming it?s my order - no - it?s the people in line paying instore. I?m sorry - I ALREADY PAID ON THE APP. I?m well aware that people are hungry and came into the restaurant to orderinstantaneously, however if I order through the app? I?ve already paid. Even though they want to order, my order *needs* to beprioritized over other requesting to purchase before payment. I literally had to step in front of a father and his daughter andtell the line cooks to prioritize my order, which is embarrassing to the establishment and wildly unnecessary if this locationwas professional. 6:47pm, my order is finally complete. I open my bag, they made my order incorrectly. I ordered crispy tacos,they made them soft tacos. I inquire if there?s any consolation they can give me- the response - ?I?m sorry , we can?t give youanything or remake anything.? Also - the bathrooms are usable, however not very cleanly.
