Dined here back in February 2022. Got seated right away. It was very nice, dined outside because it was a very nice day, around... 70 degrees out. Very busy, since I came around 1 pm, during the peak lunch hour, but the steak I ordered was very good. Orderedthe NY strip steak, which was 16 ounces and USDA prime grade. The steak had quite the flavor, but went best with the steak sauceI asked for, which was really nice. I consider this as one of the best steaks I had at a steak restaurant. The New York stripsteak was cooked to perfect medium. Final verdict, very well, but points off due to the time it took for them to send me myserver. Waited over 5 minutes for a server to greet me and take my order. Service was slow, due to the lunch rush, as they werepacked for their indoor and outdoor dining sections. Late Sunday lunch with the family. Left car at nearby parking garage at $15 per 2hours and walked a block to Del Frisco’s. We... enjoyed our savory meal and service. To start the hostess greeted us and sat us promptly. Then the server introduced herself and got us water with no wait. The... place is nice and had a lively feel with music and conversations going everywhere. We ordered a bunch of appetizers. Thedeviled eggs were not my favorite. The egg at the bottom was deep fried so it was chewy. The sticky ribs were the bomb. Tenderand fall off the bone. They were sticky and sweet. The cheeseburger egg rolls were good too. The sauce was sweet. The tunatacos were really good. The guacamole was flavorful. The crab cake was OK. To me it had a little too much veggies. Thebiscuits were dry and not very warm. Do not those. What an incredible experience, directly across the street from Rockefeller Plaza. The food was incredible and the staff was even... better, if that's possible. I would definitely recommend this establishment. The cleanliness of the establishment was great andthe bartender felt like an old friend. Went with a friend for lunch at noon on a Monday in August. Weather was great, so we were seated outside. We had the cheese... steak egg rolls to start with, and they were crispy and delicious.
