Ordered my son a dinosaur creature creation ice cream. The woman handed him a scoop of ice cream with a broken cookie in it. I... tried to communicate to her that this my not what we ordered. It She just walked over to the cash register and said, ?we don?thave that?. Then why didn?t she say that when we ordered!?! Then she gave me attitude when I told I wish I she would have toldme! We were also picking up an ice cream birthday cake. It looked nothing like the website picture and there was a large pieceof frosting across the picture. When I said something, the women pretended like she didn?t speak English. Since we needed thecake for the party I just took it. Kind of lame for a $70 cake. Not very good service.
