They are patient and nice. Communicate with customers very well when handling orders. Manager is pretty awesome.
What happened to the glazed donuts??? They are not like they used to be. And it seems it's just the dunkin donuts' in this area,... I went to 2 spots in the Bronx and 1 in Brooklyn and found the yeasty yummy glazed donuts dunkin's all over served. Update-glazed donuts are back! Small spot good coffee. I ordered using the indoor self order. No issues. It was packed but it's expected due to time I went.
i totally disapoint, i ordered an ice late with extra shot, but the guy who did not know how make the drink just get my milk... with half of the expresso, i request again because i saw him to doing and they didnt do. its not the first time, in other timethey spent 10 minutes to make my drink, the same guy lost the ticket and did not care about people. what kind of customerservice they have here. i preffer the one in madison avenue who has better customer service and people know what they doing.
