These people have some serious issues listening to people?s orders they are always doing my orders wrong
Every time I've come here I have had a not so great experience. The majority of my reviews are positive but after the third try... of this location it has consistently under delivered. Hot food is cold and today I ordered their new cold brew, once I paid theytold me they didn't have it. They stared at me waiting for me to come up with a solution to their problem. Eventually they mademe a different drink that would have been cheaper and it tasted awful. Unfortunately this is not the first time this hashappened and I think I'm gonna swear off Dunkin for good. I believe there?s new management and ever since, the atmosphere has changed and I feel very uncomfortable ordering from here.... They refer to me as ?Baby? whenever the guys are working and today they called an elderly woman who ordered before me, ?Baby? aswell as myself once it was my turn. Today, not only did they call me ?baby? again, but my ?toasted sandwich? was never put intothe toaster and was given to me cold and uncooked. The manager then gave me an excuse that they have so many orders, however,my food was just literally uncooked so I?m unsure the correlation here? I have had enough with this location time after time for months it?s always some kind of issue. They offer horrible customer... service whoever is the manager and this staff needs to go! First one on multiple occasions when I order a STRAWBERRY REFRESHERthere seems to be some confusion and they never know how to make the drink right either having no green tea in it at all or nothaving any strawberry refresher in the morning at that location. Their bread is either hard as a rock or really really hot asif they mess with the settings. I have asked for 3 scoops one day of their ice cream and I was told they can?t offer me abigger cup unless I get there quarter/pint sizes, I don?t see why I just couldn?t get 3 scoops in a bigger cup since they didn?thave in stock the available cups and to be charged then the for there pint sizes was ridiculous since on their menu it says 3scoop. Now today, I come in and one of the employees was on his phone speaking loudly and I saw some previous customer droppedthere phone on the floor. I walked over to the employee and said excuse me, he was still talking on his phone. He looked at meand didn?t stop to see what I was trying to hand him and kept walking to the back luckily the customer came back and I handedher the phone. I wanted to order and no one came out to service the register. I?m sorry I?ve been a barista for many years andI?ve worked at places like Starbucks and mgmt always said should always be a employee on the floor. This location and thatemployee that store there?s always something wrong where they never can do the basic customer service well. Also I?ve noticedthey are not diverse in hiring other people than there own which is always of the indian culture. This location is in apredominantly Spanish neighborhood and on a occasion I remember a cashier had to ask a customer online to help her with Spanishtranslation for a elderly person who only spoke Spanish.
