Absolutely the most incompetent group of employees I've ever encountered, I have been going here regularly for about 2 mouths... now. And each and everyday my order is wrong or the food is burnt...No cheese on orders, then you get cheese on orders thataren't supposed to have cheese...I don't know how many times I've been back to return the food and just walked out...But todaywas the last time...I spend $30+ every time I walk in this Dump for the ladies in the office. I'm done they can give out freefood and I will never step foot in this DUMP. Read more
The 3 times I?ve been here my order was wrong. I purchased something ?on the go? and I didn?t realize they gave me the wrong... order until I got to work. I went back and instead of apologizing, she said ?oh we don?t have what you ordered? which isperfectly fine but when a customer orders something and it isn?t available, they should be informed before picking up thatitem. Replacing it with something else and then charging me doesn?t justify it. Luckily I had the time to return back and changemy order. If I hadn?t, it wouldve been a complete waste of money. Oh, and I paid for extra charged iced coffee and justreceived regular iced coffee. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & ENERGY and don?t bother coming back here until they get their staffproperly trained. I've come to this location for YEARS. There has been a change in staff within the past month, and unfortunately the service has... declined. I'm going to give 4 stars because I've come here with little to no issues over the years, I'm not going to let a monthof poor service change my overall rating. If you order through the app, your items aren't ready when you go to pickup. They'reburning the food/ overcooking. A few times the coffee has tasted off. Again, been ordering the same items for years so I knowwhen something is off. They need a little more training, please provide. A loyal customer despite the recent issues. Read more
