Very small, overall vibe is lacking compared to the other locations, but the food is just as good. The service, however, is... extremely bad. After taking our order our server never came back, we tried repeatedly to get her attention and she explicitlynever made it back to our side of the room despite us only being a table away from the POS where she was entering orders. Wewere missing a side of fries and wanted to order more drinks and food, but were never offered the chance. 20 minutes after wefinished our other food we were able to flag down a different person who did bring the missing fries, but they were veryovercooked. It was comical how overlooked our table was, and we were not the only ones. No one seemed to be getting any servicedespite how busy the servers seemed to be. Again, this is a very small restaurant. If you are just looking to get a pizza it’san easy reservation, otherwise go to literally any other of their locations for a better night. Read more

The food was delicious, it was quite busy with only one waiter working to cover the restaurant, the bar and takeout - he was... working HARD. Emmy Squared has delicious fries with extra toppings that we asked if we could be upcharged for and swap theregular fries that came with our burgers. Our waiter asked the chef, the chef insisted this wasn’t possible, instead we mustpay for two orders of plain fries, as well as a third order of the Zia Fries. Burgers and fries are a match made in heaven, andthe Zia fries are the best- I would recommend looking into a different price point when pairing the burger with the Zia Fries, rather than making customers pay for both. I’ve now eaten in at this place and ordered delivery. The service is terrible. I don’t know who’s running this joint, but... it’s a mess. Our waiter was non-existent when we ate in. Food was great, but the experience ruined it. Delivery experience:they left 2 items off our order. Uber Eats delivery man said that’s all the restaurant gave him. Called restaurant, someonepicked up, told them they made an error, they put me on hold for over 5 minutes and then disconnected me. Called back no onepicked up at all. Called again, no one picked up. Left a message. Haven’t heard from them now for 15 minutes. Called back5th. Spoke to manager finally. They offered to send my missing items out in an Uber if I walked down stairs to pick them up. 10minutes later they called me back and said…we can’t do that Uber thing. Make another Uber Eats order with the missing items,we’ll refund that that order, and get it to you that way… the manager said she was sorry, that she’d only been there 2days? Emmy, have you ever heard of hiring within? 5 minutes later I called Emmy back and said can you just refund the original2 missing items of the check. The manager said, “of course.” It should have been that easy to start, not the conclusion wereached after 30minutes of phone tag. Sheesh. Also, one of our two colony pizzas was gluten free. There was no marking on thebox to tell which was which. I LOVE their pizza. Emily’s downtown is the best. This place is run like a McDonalds. I probablywon’t be patronizing them anytime soon. Perhaps they can get their act together and I’ll try again in a few months. Read more

Missed the mark entirely for us - food & service. Slow, unaccommodating and just not good food. This is not the Emmy Squared we... know and love on the UES or downtown - this is a take out delivery hub so the restaurant can reach more customers. To the EmmySquared team - figure out what you want this space to be. It's an extension of your brand and customers are coming to thislocation with the expectation it's going to be the same as the UES & DT. It is not. It is a lackluster experience - start tofinish. Either equip your staff to be able to handle reservations or close to the public and focus on delivery. Read more

My party of 4 shared the margherita pizza & Brussels Sprouts salad and everything was delicious. The sauce on the pizza was out... of this world and I would eat the brussels sprouts salad every day. Great service, clean and nice ambiance. Read more

Raul was a gentleman and took the time to walk through the menu with me in detail. The servers attending my table were Cara &... Mckeea. The staff made me feel welcomed and timed my courses to my showtime. Great place to eat before a broadway show. Read more
