Highly recommend. The Brouillade is just one of the most delightful ways I’ve ever consumed an egg. Everything we had was just... so pleasing. Plus the restaurant itself is just visually a winner. The service is also great. Whatever you do, do not forget tosave room for the Paris-Brest. Read more

Good food, but nothing outstanding. I organize a ton of events in NYC and we go to 2 different restaurants every week, so I'm... used to NYC prices. I can confidently say that this place is very overpriced. If it were more reasonably priced it would be asolid 4 stars. But $16 for a green salad!? $20 for meringue with berries on top?! Frenchette was recommend by my daughter , and we were extremely happy with the choice. We loved the ambiance, staff was very... professional, friendly, and the food was delicious. If you want a more intimate dinning ask for a table in the back room. Myhusband ordered a duck confit and today we are still talking about how tender and flavorful it was. I’ve seen some mixed reviews for Frenchette, but my experience was tremendous. From the service to the food, everything was... spectacular. The atmosphere: is a charming French bistro vibe with a great bar. The booths are very comfortable. The staff:was amiable and willing to go kit do the way for you. The only fault was that they were very busy, so getting the server'sattention could be difficult. The food: was fabulous. We had bread, cavatelli, duck, and chicken. Every dish was cookedperfectly and full of flavor. For the prices, Frenchette charges, this level of high-quality food is expected. Cleanliness:everything was clean at the table, and the staff would come to clean off crumbs between servings. Read more
