This used to be a pretty decent coffee shop, but going there is infuriating now. If you order on the mobile app, be ready to... wait for 20 minutes for your order even though it claims it will be ready in 5. Have had so many bad experiences here. Read more
5 stars for service at this location, friendly and helpful. 1 star for the food, the options are so sugary and unhealthy. I... tried to get the breakfast power bowl (almond butter oats) and although the app allowed me to place the order and charged me forit, the location wasn?t able to fulfill the order and could only offer me coconut oats or pb&j oats. The coconut oats were sofull of sugar and so light on protein - it was disgusting. The pb&j oats have strawberry jam and other sweeteners. I have alsohad their chai a number of times and it is so sweet. I would not consume food at Gregory?s again. Read more

Gregory?s has great coffee but this location has the COFFEE and the VIBES. It was nice to see a friendly face from my go-to... location downtown (Nadiaaaa!) she made me switzh from a regular deluxe to a vegan version (Fyi: I hate vegetales) and she wasnot wrong! I haven?t been to NYC in several years so I decided to walk the area and get a feel for the city. I love a good Matcha Latte... (iced of course) so I decided to try something other than ?? bucks. I found this coffee shop and said let?s give this a try. Theaesthetic was pleasant and displays of food and such were visually pleasing. I?m a ?customer service? person and I didn?treceive a friendly service experience. I?m a personable individual and love to engage with those I encounter. My server wasn?tpleasant at all, he even seems agitated/irritated while taking my order. I wasn?t rude or dismissive.. I even tipped. I wrotethis in hopes that the gentleman who served me an hour ago sees this and changes either his attitude or job because people whoare kind deserve kindness in return. Read more
