I would not recommend this place. One sales lady was very rude. It was a slow day and the location did not have customers but... the lady was not patient with the kid?s order. They could not decide which sizes so it took them a little longer to order. Thelady showed us the smallest cup but she banged the cup on the counter because she was already impatient with us. We orderedthree small ice cream on the cup and when she rang the price she asked the kids to show her the cups of ice cream so she cancount like we were thieves. They gave us the ice cream why make the kids show the ice cream to her and said she wanted to besure. We should have left the store instead of buying 3 small ice cream which was overpriced? worth 21 dollars. Read more
Completely useless. Been there 4 times as I?m in fulton often. Every time I asked for a shake. Even though they close much later... than I always arrive, the incompetent staff members decide to tell me that ?we don?t make milkshakes after 7?. Didn?t know itwas a law in America to not make milkshakes after 7pm. Sort your brand and staff out because your ice cream is great. Read more
* Horrible service ! ! ! Was there yesterday 9/25/22 7 minuts after ordered and paid for my order the attendant told me that... they did not have that flavor and if i wanted another one, but the other one was also empty and would take then a couple minutesto bring it from the freezer, so after 45 minutes of waiting and no sign of the ice cream I asked for my money back but shedidn't know how to do and the one that new what todo went to get the ice crean down stairs, waited about 10 more minutes andthere she came with the material for the banana split i ordered, at that time i decided to take the food instead of the money,the banana was not ripe yet it tasted horrible. Will never going to order there ever again. As a matter of facts Haagen Dazsshould apologize and reimburse me for that.
