Fantastic service and incredibly well made dishes with thought and consideration into every element going into the dish right... down to plating. Very deserving of their 2 Michelin stars. First tasting course was mind blowing. 5 unique dishes all withflavours that make your tongue dance. Followed by a strong line up of fresh proteins (prawn, black cod, tuna, and wagyu galbi).Hands down the best meal and experience I’ve had since coming to NYC! The entire night was fantastic from start to finish.The wine we selected was a dry, yet fruity and crisp Riesling from Germany. Attentive service and overall well worth theexperience! What a unique experience of eating Korean cuisine. Aigoo..Aigoo.. The cocktails were excellent..ginger taste like fresh ginger.... Korean lime cocktail was really good. The octopus, at one moment I thought I was eating pork belly. The scallops with beets outof this world. The sea urchin bibimbap was added extra and thank goodness that I made that choice. It was wonderful from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Day dinner. The staff were very attentive. You will... feel like the only people in the restaurant.
