I saw a guy (with long hair) scooping my coleslaw from a container and held the cup DIRECTLY underneath his nose to smell it... TWICE, it probably looked so bad to him he had to smell it. I pointed out to the cashier the food was against the guy?s nose, they assured me it?s fresh. I looked at it, looks off and threw it out ???? not worth my time to take it back Read more

Horribly disappointed. Wrong order. Over charged. Rude staff. Significant health concern. For the record, my order number is... 69878855, date 3/13/22, 6:58 PM at 115 E 23rd St NY, NY. In fairness to the brand / company, I can only comment on my experienceat this specific location. Note: please take this as a managerial issue only. It is a manager and business owner'sresponsibility to ensure their team members are performing to the standards and level of respect that they set themselves. Donot 'take the easy way out' and blame any specific employee for this, or that will only hurt your business further. I?ll keepthis brief. My business partner and I came here as we saw the $1 boba soft serve with purchase, seemed like a fun option for aquick bite as it?s right near our offices. We are no stranger to working long days at minimum wage, so when the cashierinterrupted our order to chat with her co-worker, as I can imagine this isn?t the most exciting job, it wasn?t an issue. Justhad to repeat the order again. We were then told that there was no more ice cream for the $1 boba soft serve. I asked if wecould substitute it for something else, and she said ?sure?. We ordered a slush ? and she asked what size for both. And Iclarified, ?whatever size lets us do the same $1 promotion?. My partner, a diabetic, asked for much less sweet / sugar (as wehad been here in the past, and knew that was an option) ? she giggled and agreed. After we ordered, I looked at the receipt andnoticed that we had been charged full price for the slush. No problem, I thought. Asked the current cashier as the woman whohelped us rushed away to the bathroom. That gentleman brought over the manager, a slovenly fellow who was so lazy he literallyyanked the monitor to himself instead of shifting over to get a better look. I explained what happened. And even went so far asto offer that there must have just been a miscommunication. I did not want her to get into trouble for something as sil Read more

I would give more than five stars if I could. I rarely write reviews but the service was above and beyond, it felt like an... independent shop with the attention to detail. Everyone was so kind, the drinks are amazing, and the place is super clean. If Ilived in the neighborhood I?d come here every day. Read more
