The layers were very eggy, like an overcooked omelette. The cream filling in between the layers was good though.
My friend introduced me to her favorite cake and it did NOT disappoint! Lady M?s original crepe cake is seriously so good? Light... and creamy and filled with happiness. :) Not too sweet which made the other flavors and textures really pop. Pricey butdefinitely worth a try. Lady M cakes are so addictive - so light, and the perfect flavor balance. My favorite is the green tea matcha but the passion... fruit is a close second. My only complaint is the price, pretty pricy for each slice. The new popcorn caramel is amazing! Read more
