I think this is the best place I?ve ever eaten. Every dish was a new experience with flavours I had never experienced before.... Few knockout dishes to name: the earl grey shaved ice, the mandoo (specifically the sauce), the beef tartare, and the shrimpskewers doused in bone marrow. I?d also recommend the duck breast noodles with uni as the add on, an amazing journey for themouth! Read more
The servers are really nice, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. Since you only need to select 3 courses and a dessert... from the menu, you can focus more on the conversation and time with your friend/date. Lovely spot for special occasion. Read more
I had a fantastic dining experience in Little Mad. Ambience was great, staffs were very attentive and there was no delay in the... service, but most importantly food was great at a reasonable price(you?ll barely find a restaurant at this quality that offersprefix menu for dinner in NYC). I especially loved the amuse-bouche menus at the beginning - they were all full of delicatebalance of different layers of flavors, and I found the chef?s translation of Korean ingredients and food culture witty. Lessimpressive were the main course and dessert. They were also good, but the dishes that came out before were maybe too good. Inoverall, I would love to pay a visit again and recommend this place to many New Yorkers. Read more
The meal overall was very good. I left feeling stuffed! Highlights from the meal: scallops, mandoo, lobster. Overall very... flavorful, tender, hearty. I tried the galbi as well and it is delicious. Some downsides: dessert was a little lacking andservice was not all the way there (dropping things, gave us wrong bill) but I think this restaurant is still relatively new andchanging. YUM!! One of my favorite restaurants I've discovered this year. SO DELICIOUS. Amazing on all fronts: killer food, price point is... very reasonable for a tasting menu ($75 for 3 courses plus dessert), ambiance is very hip and trendy, and service did not miss abeat. Everything we ordered was amazing, you can't go wrong. Also recommend the mad toast as an add-on. We got: the scallops,beef tartare (best one I've had in my life), fried buhsut (mushrooms), mandoo dumplings, prime Galbi and pork loin (one of thebest pork loins I've had ever). The dessert was good too although wasn't as amazing as the appetizers and the mains. Read more
