Luke's is always on point! Never had such a fresh batch if shrimp in a sandwich. Their buns are extremely good as well. They are... very generous with their servings, I mean, the sandwich looks like it's throwing up shrimp????, it's over-flowing with them! Can't seem to get enough of it when I am in this area! Their Mac-N-Cheese is great too! This is what I call a good way to treatoneself! Love their staff as well, no matter whom I've dealt with here, they are always very friendly, courteous andprofessional! Read more

Luke?s lobster was a great place to eat. But the bisque wasn?t great. The service was great though, they came very quickly and... they had two types of the size for the lobster roll which was easy to pick. From Evelyn Stevenson Read more

***4 1/2 stars*** If lobster rolls were more filling and less expensive, I would probably eat them multiple times throughout... the week; I go back and forth on whether it's better that they're not. I popped in here for an intentionally light lunch onFriday, knowing I was having a legit dinner later. I have some familiarity with Luke's - when I worked in Jersey City, they hada food truck that I went to a handful of times but ultimately stopped visiting because there were a few cheaper lobster rolloptions nearby. The price point remains high, but it's hard to take too many points off for that when lobster in general ispretty expensive by definition. I was pleasantly surprised by how cute the interior of Luke's is - it's a fairly unobtrusivestorefront, but they've got a nice seafood shack vibe going on inside. It's a LITTLE crowded/claustrophobic, but good luckfinding a spacious, empty interior in lower Manhattan these days. It's a pretty low-maintenance ordering setup, and should be,given that a lobster roll really doesn't take a long time to prep/finalize for a customer. Compared to a food truck, Luke'sprobably takes an extra minute or two, but it's worth it. A few weeks ago I had easily the worst lobster roll I've ever had - awinery thought it was a good idea to put chopped up tomato chunks on top of it with mango, creating a bizarre crustaceanbruschetta situation. Luke's restored my faith in the almighty lobster roll. This one is probably one of the best I've hadoutside of Maine, with an excellent Old Bay-esque seasoning that has the potential to be overwhelming but was lightly dustedover the roll responsibly. At $25 or so, it's a little cringey for a quick lunch bite (I think you can gobble this up in aboutsix or seven bites if you had a mind to), but that crazy tomato chunk one was $30, so your mileage may vary. The brioche bun wasproperly toasted and buttery - the whole experience was top-notch. Beyond that, the customer service was solid across t Read more

The trio platter was delicious and the lobster, crab and shrimp all tasted delicious. I was happy that it wasn?t just smothered... in butter because that always takes away from the lovely sweet flavor of the lobster. The service was really fast, but it waspretty pricey, I think a full sized lobster roll would have cost you $30+ if I remember correctly. Read more

I'm not too keen for cold lobster rolls but these BANGED!!! I ordered the trio. Of the 3 my fav was the shrimp. The crab and... lobster were an out a tie but all 3 were delicious. You can't miss with the clam chowder either, especially on a cold day. Thehospitality of the staff made you feel right at home. Read more
