Unfortunately, this has to be THE WORST place I have been to. The service we received as a big party was TERRIBLE to begin with.... We did not feel welcomed at all, I believe her name was Luisa that took care of us and let me tell you she has the worstattitude. She seemed frustrated, upset, and just mad at the fact we asked her simple questions. The environment was not what weexpected. Took my daughter after graduation today, over priced for the portion size also how would you order a main dish and have to pay... separate for either rice or tostones and the bathroom cleanliness is a shame my daugthers wanted to use the bathroom and all 3bathrooms were dirty and couldn't use it, management should have there staff check on bathrooms cleanliness more often. The food was okay, we asked to sit outside they said it wasn’t available despite the outside area being set up and the staff... hanging around. The music was good. BEWARE! Make sure to triple check your bill before paying. The poor handling of the bill atthe end ruined what started out as a good night. They were unable to split a bill “because it wasn’t asked in thebeginning”. They also assess blame when errors happen and don’t take the chance to ensure everything else is being properlyordered after the first mistake (lack of responsibility). I don't highly recommend this restaurant at all, the food was super salty, they did not had avocado, they didn't have coffee nor... any desert. Over price! They have nerve to charge credit card fee ????????????WTF!
