I want to make this clear this is not a reflection of the staff but more of the leadership at this location. They're severely... understaff and put UberEATS and Door dash and all these orders as a priority because it commands a premium profit. I am applaudat having to wait longer than usual as this is not considered fast food. I'm not surprised anymore after the pandemic thesemulti billion dollars companies are making record profits and lying to the public about worker shortages while the executiveleadership are raising their own pay checks. this place is a total chaos !! my little sister worked here for a few years, this is her first job experience, they mistreated... her, abused her & overworked her, she wasn?t allowed to go to the bathroom because ?customers come first? had to hold her peeuntil someone decided when it was okay for her to do so, aside everyone is aware my sister has a medical condition so for themto know this, hire her & treat her like that is just CRUEL & EVIL. The managers are not professional, specially Shabrelle verypoor customer service skills, and she does not seem to follow the proper sanitation guidelines, from touching money to handlingfood with no gloves or washing hands. but what else can you expect.. it?s a mcdonald?s in TRENTON after all. thank you ???????? I say this as someone who loves McDonald?s. A good ice cream cone and large fry hits hard late at night. So after I see... Hamilton at Richard Roger?s theater I jump over to McDonald?s to grab something quick to take with me as I ride the subway home.Had I known that I wouldn?t be getting my fries and McFlurry 35 minutes later I never would have gone. They have these 2 screensthat show order numbers that are being worked on and ones that are ready. So I wait and wait and wait but because they gave asystem, I assume it?s just busy. Normally I?d say something much sooner but with the two screens I figured they would just tellme to wait when they announce my order. Anyway I finally go up to the counter and mention I?ve been waiting for 30 minutes andthat no one else in the place has been there before me. Then the dude straight up lies and said he threw mine away because theycalled my number repeatedly and no one claimed it. I was standing right next to the counter the entire time looking back at myreceipt and the screens and listening for my number to be called. Nothing. I wasn?t even there with anyone so there was no oneto distract me because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Anyway, it was a bad experience. Sorry, but I don't use this place to eat, however is a good place in winter time to have food bough somewhere else. This... location is packed with kids from the nearby college and high school. Very hectic place, bathroom is Locked and not availablefor use. Location is blocks away from freedom tower. Large eating area with plenty of space to sit and relax and id into fastfood you are at the right place. Read more
