A glorified running sushi experience. The whole omakase set menu lasted exactly 36 min. First piece was served 17:07 and last... one 17:41 - timestamps from the pictures. You barely had time to gobble down one piece of sushi as the next one was layingbefore you already. No explanation was ever given by the „chef“ and we had to ask each time, every single time „sorry,what kind of fish is this“ etc. After the first few times asking, you would imagine the glorified server-chef would get it.But he was completely absent-minded and only talked to the other server-chef, both of them no more thantwenty-something. Waitress asked very insistent three!!! times what kind of drink we want to order, even though we said from thestart we‘ll only have water. Sushi was ok, neither spectacular, nor supermarket-low. Most of the initial white fish wascompletely tasteless. Best cuts were scallop, otoro and uni. Their signature wagyu tuna mix was not impressive. The flamedsalmon with liver was too much for me. The overseer immediately came to cash in as soon as we said we don‘t want any extra(overpriced) cuts. Total w. tax was 98$ and the guy tried to guilt-trip us when we didn’t leave tips for such a service. Thenerve to ask for tips when you are not even able to describe what you serve!! Spare your money, this place is overhyped withpaid reviews and is nothing but a tourist trap. Go to any running sushi, you’re much better attended. Read more
Up until today, I had only ever had sushi from all-you-can-eat places. I’ve always enjoyed it, but never loved it. After my... first experience with omakase here at Mojo Omakase, I think I can say I love sushi! The dishes prepared for us were simplyamazing and the service was excellent. This was my first omakase experience and I fell in love with it. We order a couple of beers (even a matcha ipa), also a bottle... of yuzu sake. We even offer a shot to the chef. We ended up ordering an extra piece just for gluttony. The pieces that come withit are enough. Read more
