I went to thie place because of an IG reel. Yes, sometimes it works. This is a little hole-in-the-wall place but very neat and... organized. They have a nice menu and their signature dish is the Pasta Giusto. Which is pasta, prosciutto and parmesan cheese. They also offer a good selection of Italian wines and the manager delivers some nice personal customer service. A really goodItalian option off Little Italy. I was just in Italy 2 months ago and this was not comparable to the restaurants in Rome but wasdefinitely the best one I've been in NYC, and I've tried many ones in little Italy. I've suggested the manager to improve on theItalian bread to make more like a full Italian experience. Highly recommend it. Read more

The pasta experience at this hole in the wall restaurant was pretty good. We got carbonara and their signature pasta on a cheese... block. Carbonara was definitely worth a second visit. However, their dessert was subpar. We got the choco-lava cake and theyare my absolute favorite so I get it every time it’s on any menu. The dish here didn’t have a “lava” portion to thecake. It has a drizzle of raspberry purée on top instead which isn’t what a choco lava cake is. We waited a while for ourdessert since they were making it from scratch, so they gave us a free coffee drink. In all, good experience, nice ambiance, notravenous food but not bad either. Read more

It was the last day of my 2 weeks business trip, after being rushing to several locations one right after another around US, I... was so exhausted and very tired of fast food. The dishes from Pasta Eater was like made in heaven to me, directly nourish mysoul. The taste was absolutely amazing! The owner is super friendly, asking how do I feel about their cook, recommend theirspecial. My only regret is I didn’t order more. I’m back to my country and I will always remember this restaurant in NY! Bravo???? Read more

Intimate Italian pasta restaurant. The restaurant is brightly lit, cozy and shining. Perfect for a cozy dinner with friends or... a solo meal at the bar. The dish I got (carbonara) was delicious, well-balanced tastes of meat fat, cheese saltiness, and aldente rigatoni. Read more
