I knew I was coming to New York and I couldn’t wait to try Quantum Leap! It did not disappoint. I had the vegan divas sub and... it was the best vegan sub I’ve ever had. The ham and cheese, fresh basil, the sauce, it was perfection. The sweet potato frieswere cooked to perfection. The had complimentary iced green tea which was refreshing.
