Nice place for European coffee, outside is heated.
Quaint Italian style coffee shop, offering cornettis (plain, pretzel, etc), decent coffee and a wide range of nice sandwiches.... While sandwiches are small ( might eat two if big appetite!), quality of ingredients is high. The mozzarella and tomato sandwichwas great. This is a perfect NYC spot for a coffee and conversation. They decorate it really well, the outside has flowers hanging from the... ceiling with bistro lights make it really pretty and fun. I got the matcha latte and my fiancé got a latte both were delicious.They have an ice cream cart outside as well that looks so cool. The baked goods looked good too! Read more
The staff is usually friendly and polite (with a few exceptions), BUT! The CUSTOMERS are just horrible. You?ll meet so many... mentally ill, drunk and aggressive people as well as homeless panhandlers! For example, a self-absorbed and entitled woman inthis picture was just hideous! One the tables got vacant and my mom went to sit at it, but the woman hysterically galloped tothe table and started arguing with my after-surgery mom saying that she was before us WHICH isn?t true because she was walkingslowly BEHIND US with her dog when we entered the cafe. This is ridiculous. Hope she?ll enjoy her 15 minutes of fame. Read more
