There is a huge lack of care for customers, you will be ignoredwhether your in line or order mobile, unless someone they know or someone of their race walks in behind you. They offer personalracial preferential treatment at this starbucks. I know many people who have complained about the two female workers thislocation, Denize and the other worker who does not wear her name tag (I wonder why?) After multiple documented complaints, theyreceived no additional training or reprimand so their behavior has become even more abhorrent. Perfect location to go for coffeeand to ruin your day. We stopped by during a warm day out in the city, and my mom ordered an iced tea. The barista did a horrible job, didn't really... brew the tea, and then immediately poured it over four ice cubes. When we received the drink it had no ice left, wasn't evencool, and tasted horrible. The workers at the register were distracted, making for an unpleasant visit. Read more

I'm rating it high because my boyfriend works at another Starbucks location in New Jersey so I've seen firsthand what they go... through and how many people it takes for it to get backed up. On that note, seriously speaking, I was late for work afterwaiting for almost 30 minutes. I had ordered in advance. There were people there waiting for well longer than me (I asked lol).I live in NJ but work in NY. From this point on, if I want starbucks, I will be ordering prior to boarding the train. They'redoing their best. It's just that it's New York and they're insanely busy. Please be kind to them. Read more
