I popped in for a Latte and turkey/eggwhite breakfast sandwich. There was a respectable line to order the items, and I regretted... that I had not ordered in advance via the app. However, the line moved quickly. After leaving my order I moved to the other endof the counter to wait for my order. There was a staff member manning the pick -up station, and only the pick-up station. It wasthe fastest, cleanest and the most organized pick-up I ever seen in Starbucks. The drinks were swiftly created by severalbaristas and then handed to the pick-up station. The pick-up station staff member immediately called the names of the customersand handed out the drinks. The items that were not picked up, she organized on the shelf to be picked up by a mobile ordercustomer, who was not in the store yet. None of the drinks nor food items seemed to get cold or lost, and different items to acustomer seemed to arrive in speedy and organized way. None of the customers complained about their order while I stoodthere. Extra positive note to the fact that the coffee drinks seemed to have beem filled as they used to be. I.e. almost full.In so many Starbucks nowadays the baristas fill the cup only half way. I was also able to find seating outside to enjoy themorning. Only negative point that I noticed was that I saw no-one wiping off the tables not picking up trash while I satoutside. Read more

An employee Chrissy I believe seems to have a "previous life" issue with me. I always seem to annoy her. EVERYONE else is cool.... We laugh and exchange pleasantries. She is quite annoyed by me and her annoyance translates into bad service. Once I waitedwhile other customers came and went. Literally, came after me and left before me. I asked her "what happened to my drink"? Shesays yours is a specialty drink it takes longer. Last I checked NO-ONE goes to Starbucks for REGULAR coffee. Most of the ordersare special. So another barrista wanted to make things right by making my order. She tells him " don't bother yourself". I askedto have my money refunded. I don't go there anymore. My husband offered to get my drink the other day. I wrote a note explainingmy drink ( he's not Starbucks savvy)and he was charged the venti price and they gave him a grande drink. Sadly this may just bethe final reason to simply stop going to Starbucks all together. Read more

This Starbucks is right downstairs from me so I tend to go here VERY OFTEN. I love it as it is clean and has plenty of seating.... They tend to have ample staff so orders come out fast and correct. If you are a regular the staff will learn your name and greetyou by name when you come in. If it is on the slower side they are very friendly and are happy to chat for a minute. Read more
