I love this branch of Starbucks, the staff are really friendly especially my friend Jonathan, he was smiling from day 1, very... helpful and patient even with the crowdness. He is always fast, and accurate for my order. If he wasn?t the one who prepare mycoffee, he will ask his colleagues to help me and prepare my drink in no time. This is not only for me, but I saw him alwaysdealing with kindness for all the customers. He knew his customers by name and always greeting them. This is the best Starbucksbecause I have nice friends there. They are dealing with you as part of their family not only as an employee wants his job to bedone. I love to go to that Starbucks on 56th and 6th Avenue. All the staff are welcoming, they are working as a team with harmony and... positive energy that inspires me the whole day, their coffee is made with much care and love that you can feel. my drinks areready in no time. They are very fast and accurate. The place is always clean and tidy. Visiting their place became like aroutine in my day not only for the coffee but for everything and everybody there. I have visited this Starbucks three times during my week stay in NY and not once has my drink been right. Not once. I always... order the oat milk Carmel macchiato and I know what it tastes like. The first try was not oat milk. I realized after I hadsucked down half and definitely paid for the rest of the day. The second time? the coffee was grossly bitter (expired shots?)and the third time they didn?t even sweeten it. One error can be ignored but every trip was a disappointment. Poor jobStarbucks.
