I go here after work to buy my daughter and her friends the unicorn and owl cake pops.. always great service (fast, efficient... and friendly staff) , Matt has been great! Honestly it makes me sad that I have to come on here and write this terrible review about a Starbucks employee (Manager) at... that. My family and I have never witnessed such horrible customer service in my life.i bought my son a brownie that was given tohim cold he than asked if he could get the brownie warmed and John the manager stated he could not warm the brownie up oraccommodate the problem. We than asked for a refund because my 9 year old son did not want the brownie . He stated no with theonly attitude in front of my children. This is not how a manger should treat his paying customers. Now I see why there are somany bad reviews regarding this location it all starts from the mangentment him self. John needs to a lot of work on how totreat people especially little children. Read more
