The one star is only because I had to choose at least one so I can coment, I asked for a quad espresso with a pump of moka,... cinnamon powder and 2 ice cubes in a small paper cup, and she asked, "2 ice cubes?" I said yes well I got a medium plastic cupfull of ice and when I pointed I only wanted 2 ice cubes she said I'm sorry my mistake I'll make you another one ,in less then 3seconds she gave me a paper cup with again lots of ice and the cold coffee wich she transferred to the paper cup insisting thatit was a newly made quadruple espresso ,in 3 seconds.
