Walked in to redeem my free drink, and the guy at the register took my phone and tap the ?redeemed? button in my app, and then... said you owe me 49 cents. I said ?Why? The drink is free!? He said 49 cents is a tax you have to pay on the drink.This guy alongwith the owner or a manager of this location is either were told to act stupid not to accept the coupons for some reason or heis allegedly sabotaging someone?s business. So, I am trying to file a complaint with the headquarter. We will see. One morethought guys, this is not America here anymore, this is a country that is worst than any other developing, poorest country inthe world in general and a customer service in particular.
