I ordered off UberEats. Usually restaurants increase prices on UberEats but Sushi1 did not- everything was exactly priced the... same on the app as in-store! I got a bunch of hand rolls, a few regular cut rolls, some nigiri, and a seaweed salad. Everythingwas super fresh and delicious. I felt the seaweed salad was a standout because it was so fresh- I'm used to getting it old andslimy at other places but the seaweed salad at Sushi1 was great!! There was SO much fish in the hand rolls, really generousportion sizes, and the nigiri and cut hand rolls were really tasty as well. I love the concept of this restaurant- that I canpick and choose the pieces I want to eat a la carte, and not commit myself to an entire cut roll when I only want to try a pieceor two.
