THIS PARTICULAR SWEET GREEN IS VERY NICE, I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR THE LAST YEAR, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TEAR,... VERY PLEASANT, VERY PERSONAL, IF MY ORDER IS WRONG OR THEY FORGET SOMETHING IT IS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY, WE ALL AREHUMAN, THE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON CAN BE VERY HECTIC ,BUT THIS TEAM OF SUPER STARS GET IT DONE IN A RESPECTFUL AND TIMELY FASHION, THE LOCATION IS EVEN BETTER RIGHT NEXT TO UNION SQUARE, WHERE YOU CAN SEE ALL THE ARTIST AND TAKE A WALK THROUGH THEPARK AND SEE DOGS PLAYING AND PEOPLE BEING MERRY.. Lacking basic customer service The doors were open and so I walked in at around 10:20am. Only to be told they are not open until... 10:30am. I asked if I could just get one of the bottled drinks and flatly said no (for something that doesn't need anypreparation but just ringing it up in the cash register). Always fresh and delicious salads - but warning do not do mobile order. They skimp on food - bowls half full and often wrong.... It?s disappointing bc they still charge the same price. Best to order in person prior to 12 pm, otherwise the lines dramaticallyincrease, ingredients run out, employees are stressed and forgetful. One employee though keeps mixing up my order no matter thetime of day and has the biggest attitude. Understandably this is not the most high profile job, however this persons facialexpression is sooo superior to be making salads. It?s almost comical. While having my salad mixed an employee stopped and threw my salad out . when I asked what was the problem she said she used the... wrong dressing ( upsetting) especially after waiting 20 mins . She then proceeded to remake it and telling her co worker ? therewas a roach on the bread? I kindly walked out the store. . Very disappointed and nasty ! Never again will I eat there. Read more
