I usually do not ever leave reviews, in fact this is my 1st one. This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I... never felt more less than a person until I?ve entered this location. My bf and I made two separate orders at 3:48am. I receivedmine and they told my bf 7 minutes. 15 minutes later they said it?s not ready yet. 15 more minutes I asked for a refund and oneworker directed me to somebody else and that somebody else said she could not issue a refund because it hasn?t hit their systemyet when I?m literally holding the receipt. They proceeded to not give me any updates and acted as if I wasn?t even standingthere. It took for me to dismantle a hand sanitizer station and getting out of character for the lady to acknowledge me and say?you can?t play with that? after they played with my kindness, patience, time and money. It was now 4:48am and one of the cooksfinally came over and asked for my receipt. Even w/ my receipt in the worker?s hand he was still acting oblivious asking mequestions when all of the answers is right on my receipt. Literally other customers had to chime in for us because they werebeginning to wait just as long. They didn?t even apologize to any of us. They lack professionalism. I also work customer serviceand I understand when things can become overwhelming but you should never ignore and not provide any updates especially whenit?s been over 45 minutes for a simple combo order. One receipt is when I placed the order and the other is when I finallyreceived a refund that they worker lied and said I couldn?t get until ?it hits their system?. Also if you cannot manage theamount of customers you physically have present in the store then management needs to take initiative and turn off theirdoordash and Uber orders to tend to the ppl that took their time to walk, drive, bike, ride the train and spend their money attheir establishment 1st. Avoid going to this Taco Bell location everyone! The reason why I?m saying that is because 1, the place looks dirty including... the bathrooms and kitchen. 2, the staffs at the counter is very rude. 3, there are a bunch of homeless and mental people takingover the space. One of them was harassing me over my race. There is no security guard in this restaurant, so they invade thespace whenever they feel like. This place is not that safe to enjoy the decent meal! Amazing food, always fresh always made to order. Some of the fastest cleanest and tastiest food you can get in NYC anytime of... day or night. I would recommend as a better option to a greasy pizza slice, get some vegetables while you enjoy a quick bitewon't even notice its how healthy you're eating. As an out-of-towner wandering through NYC on a rainy Tuesday night, walking back to my hotel after a company holiday party, I... happened to pass this glorious American institution and decided to stop in for a bite. The staff was friendly and indicated myacceptance into the tribe with a brotherly title ("bro"), and the generous offer of a fist bump. The cheesy gordia crunch wasexquisite, unlike other establishments with their stale tortilla and lackluster quantity of cheese. The atmosphere met my highexpectations, with the only exception being a slightly wet floor (however, I could not in good conscience ding them for thisinfraction, as I was mainly responsible for this by failing to pack an umbrella and walking in the rain for 30 minutes). 10/10,would return, and do recommend.
