We had a great experience overall. Very friendly stuff. The food was delicious but the portions were small. We ordered linguine... with seafood, the flank steak, salad, tiramisu and 2 cappuccinos. Total bill was $143. Dessert menu didn’t seem to beexciting but we gave a shot to try the tiramisu and it’s the best. ???? Read more
Don’t recall the last time i had pizza like this, probably Italy! Followed it up with some raviolis and cavatelli. Everything... was great! The raviolis had lemon flavor which is not a common thing, but surprisingly a nice twist. A must if your in Noho. Read more
After a tiresome day wandering through SoHo, Vic’s was, in every way, the place we pictured in our heads when we looked for a... place to dine: the setting, the décor, the casualness, the friendliness and to top it all, the deliciousness of the food. Wehad salad (Little Gem salad and Bean salad), pasta (spaghetti), pizza (peperoni), and a couple of beers; you can’t go morecasual than that. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious, and although we were famished and thought portions small first,turned out to be plenty. The service matched everything else, from the hostess to the waitress: friendly, polite, and expedite;something that is appreciated when starving. A couple of takeaways: First, having a reservation is highly recommended,otherwise, be there early. Second, in Vic’s particular case, I’d go with an indoor seating; the outdoor seating looked a bittoo much on the street and not quite comfortable. The only “but” we came across with while visiting, is the menu not beingwhat you would call extensive, especially with the assortment of pizza toppings; but overall, Vic’s covers the basics. Great space and service. Didn’t love the arrabiata pizza, it was too spicy for my taste and felt like it was missing an... ingredient or more cheese. Loved the lemon pasta and the prosciutto and melon appetizer. Would come back again to try differentthings! Read more
