It seems every time I place an order to this particular Capriotti's in Newark and received conformation my order was placed and... received - they forget or have some excuse why is not completed. Again today one of my techs showed up to pick up our large trayof sandwiches and was told they didn't have the order. then they check the computer and tell him they missed it. this is not the1st time this has happen or they will forget the sides or something. love the sandwiches but the customer service is reallylacking here. Disappointed in the Waygu Cheesesteak. The steak meat was normal, and it wasn't season to the Capriotti standard. So I paid... premium for standard. I've gotten over a dozen of these this year alone and know for a fact this is not even 1/4 the qualitymeat I'm used to with Cap. If it was Waygu than it was at the end of it's shelf life and became tough in texture. I wish Ireviewed the other one in DE I liked, they were on point. Today was my first ever visit to this store, picked up an order on 10-21 at about 1:30pm under the name Brittney. Upon picking... it up a very pleasant young man assisted me. During my pick up one of your chubby (kind of blonde?), female employees wentpartially in the back but was still visible to me and proceed to mock and make insulting comments about me. This is my third time stopping for a sub. The first two times I had the American Wagyu Roast Beef and they were delicious. My... son said the Homemade Turkey was very good so I am trying it today. The first two times the employees were friendly, but todaywas a very different story. I greeted the cashier as I do everybody??Hi, how are you today?? Our family placed a large dinner take-out order, one of numerous orders over 10 plus years. Saturday October 22nd, we had an... extremely disappointing and unprofessional encounter. Part of our order included a Lg Bobbie and Lg Cole Turkey sandwiches. While eating, we discovered MULTIPLE BONES (3) - one fragment was quite large, the other 2 fragments were rather small/thin. All three posed a huge risk to choking. After encountering these three bone fragments, we didn?t finish the two sandwiches. Wecalled the store, as we wanted to make them aware of the hazard in their food - esp given three fragments in two sandwiches. Instead of having any interest or concern, the person answering at the store (~6pm) was extremely rude, disrespectful, and veryunprofessional - ending the call with a reference to calling our family member a ?bitch ass? on the phone - trying to intimidateand quoting they have fine-print stating bone fragments are typical and acceptable to serve (fact checking - we found no suchdisclosure anywhere on the website, nor any general warnings). We packed up food and bones, drove to the store, hoping to speakwith a manager who might care, but instead encountered much more of the same unprofessional behaviors. In our review on anotherreview site, we were advised to submit our complaint to a company email - but not surprisingly, its been over a week and nofurther follow up or interest. BUYER BEWARE?.
