I?m giving it a 3 because the pickup window is a bust. I?ve said this before and I?ll say it again, when someone?s order isn?t... ready MAKE THEM PULL AROUND so that the line can continue to progress forward. Today I waited 15 minutes for my pickup windoworder when I know it was ready. The person in front of me got in line prematurely and made the rest of us wait. Usually I love five guys. It's one of my favorite burger chains. HOWEVER the owner of this particular one dropped the ball when... it came to training their employees because they definitely do not prepare the food to regular Five Guys' standards. We've triedto eat here twice hoping that the first time was a fluke and gave the benefit of the doubt for just having opened, but therewasn't any improvement this second time. Both times the buns not only weren't toasted, but they weren't even all the waydefrosted. They also didn't melt the cheese on the burgers. On top of that, they don't fry the fries long enough. They came outundercooked and soggy both times. Both times we ended up not eating much of what we got. We'll try again in a few months withthe hope that the staff will be better trained by then. Burgers are good, service is relatively fast, their milkshakes are a little runny and sometimes their fries are soggy/potatoey... instead of crisp and well cooked, but overall a decent place. Read more
Great place to eat. My grilled cheese with bacon and grilled onions hit the spot ! Will be back
