This is just ridiculous. Not only are they a ghost kitchen. I had to pay a mandatory tip of at least 15% and for what? To go in... and get my own food after waiting patiently for my order for 10-15 minutes after the time they said it'd be ready. I walk insideand it's just sitting there.... I ordered Door dash from the Delaware Fashion Center location.. 16 bone in wings. They were supposed to be smoked with 2... different sauces. There was barely enough sauce for 2 wings let alone 16! These were both dry and tasteless. Total waste ofmoney. Literally no sauce on the chicken. What is the point of having all,these sauces listed to give me "2 splats". for 16wings! BUYER BEWARE! You aren't buying from a wing place. You're buying from Chili's, misleading you into thinking they're a bona fide... wing place. The food is miserable and cold. Our curly fries were replaced with regular, bland, cold fries. The wings are frozen,processed nuggets splashed with a little sauce after they've been cooked. AVOID! Read more
We got the 22-pc boneless wings meal with curly fries and diet soda. We chose the apple BBQ sauce, which was mildly sweet and... tangy. The sauce was delicious. The chicken was well done and moist. The chicken was cooked in a light batter, kind of like atempura batter and was really very good. The portion size was a good value for the price; the "meal" fed 3 people.
