The lady at the counter stared at me and told me I have to go over to a kiosk that EVERYBODY ELSE was touching (& nobody was... cleaning) to place my order instead of just directly taking it herself. I know it might not be her fault and it's the storespolicy's, but how does any of this makes sense? And it's inside of some college campus cafeteria.
